About the Photographer:

Dean has been capturing landscapes in Maine and beyond over the past seven years, and most recently earned the title of Maine PPA’s Landscape Photographer of the Year. Dean started his photographic journey being a travel buddy and a voice activated light stand for his wife, Brittany, while photographing weddings. Getting tired of schlepping gear, Dean asked for a camera and didn’t completely suck, eventually earning the role as a lead photographer for what is now known as Two Adventurous Souls.  Back in 2014, Brittany took a night photography class with renowned night photographer, Mike Taylor, of Taylor Photography. Dean saw what Brittany made during the class and was fascinated with what she captured. That rekindled Dean’s love of the outdoors and sparked an obsession with chasing the night sky. Now, you can still find Dean chasing the stars and wandering the scenes of Maine and more as Wanderland Photographic!
